foran innovative and international scale up, our Recruitment Engineer are looking for a  Senior   Full Stack Developer  .
Core Responsibilities   You will work on AI platform that helps optimize in-store processes, improve communication, and support decision-making for some of the most prestigious fashion and luxury brands. You will work in theteam in Padova and looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Vue.js, PHP Laravel, and Java.
Lead development of backend services using Laravel (PHP 8.x+) and Java;
Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using Vue.js (preferably Vue
3);
Design and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform;
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions or equivalent);
Ensure high performance and responsiveness of APIs and frontends;
Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams;
Perform code reviews, write documentation, and mentor junior developers;
Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards;
Participate in agile planning and contribute to overall product strategy,
Must Have    2/3+ years experience with Java (Java Boot spring, Lombok User, Servlets , Microservice Architectures);
2/3+ years experience with Vue.js (Vuex/Pinia, Composition API, SPA architecture) or any others Java script's frameworks (Angular, React.js, Next.js, etc.);
Strong knowledge of MySQL/Postgre

SQL, Redis, and RESTful API design;
Proficiency in AWS services: EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, Cloud Front, Cognito;
Solid hands-on experience with Terraform (IAC best practices);

Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines;
Good understanding of API authentication (OAuth2, JWT, Laravel Passport/Sanctum);
Familiarity with unit and integration testing (PHPUnit, Jest/Vitest);
Nice to have    AWS Solutions Architect Associate or similar certification;
Terraform Associate Certification;
Prior experience in CRM, or marketing technology sectors;
5+ years experience with Laravel (Eloquent ORM, Service Containers, Queues, Events);
Exposure to Kubernetes or serverless architecture (bonus);

Experience with analytics and personalization engines;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills;
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment;
Comfortable taking initiative and driving projects to completion;
Team-oriented mindset and mentoring capabilities.
