Liv Well Community Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Medical department in Paducah, KY. This non-exempt, hourly position reports to the Practice Manager and supports patient care across clinic operations.
You will schedule labs, assist with injections and vaccines, and coordinate referrals while ensuring accurate charting and adherence to regulatory requirements. Experience in HIV/STI services a plus.
