We’re looking for a proactive E-commerce Customer Service Advisor to take ownership of the entire online order journey. As an E-commerce Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the go-to person for customers across multiple channels - handling enquiries, resolving issues, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring every interaction is seamless.
Your role as an E-commerce Customer Service Advisor will be key in driving sales, providing expert advice, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You’ll Do As Their E-commerce Customer Service Advisor
* Manage online chat, customer calls, and emails efficiently
* Provide expert guidance on products and services to close sales
* Lead customers through the online sales process for smooth transactions
* Process payments, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately
* Assist with dispatching orders via couriers and e-commerce platforms
* Drive additional sales through upselling and product recommendations
* Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes, and documentation
* Ensure customers have an exceptional experience at every touchpoint
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or sales
* Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and web chat
* Proven ability to identify customer needs, resolve issues, and close sales
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proficient with CRM systems and online sales platforms
* Flexible to work weekends (2 days per month)
