• Deliver care across diverse client settings.
• Assess and monitor patients’ health and care needs.
• Create and implement personalized care plans for patients.
• Administer medication and treatment as prescribed.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  
  Educate patients and their families on health management and prevention.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and document patient information accurately.
• Advocate for best practices in health and safety within nursing protocols.
• Work independently while demonstrating strong clinical judgment.

• Valid NMC Pin and experience in UK nursing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• The capability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Dedication to patient-focused care and adherence to ethical standards.

• Outstanding Rates of Pay as an Agency Staff Nurse – RGN / RMN :
  Pay Rate £24.00 - £43.50 per hour
• EARN £1,000 to £1,500 PER WEEK AS AN AGENCY NURSE (RGN / RMN)
• Flexible Working: flexible shifts, Days/Nights, Weekdays/Weekends, Full or Part-time
