Overview

We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant / Admin Assistant within the LIMS Programme of the eHealth Directorate. You will be part of a central programme team that provides implementation support to a consortium of health boards replacing their laboratory information systems.
Key Responsibilities- Diary and meetings management.
- Administer basic data sets to support monitoring of programme delivery.
- Support meetings, including minute taking and coordinating papers/follow‑up actions.
- Educated to HNC level or have equivalent relevant practical experience working in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft packages, including O365, is required.
- Ability to prioritise workload, multitask and work flexibly within agreed parameters.
Full‑time 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00‑17:00. Work is remote or at Smith hills Street, Paisley, with travel to other NHS Scotland sites on occasion.
