About APWireless Your role as CRM & Marketing Data Assistant

• Support the creation and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns (email, mailing, SMS/Whats App).
• Track and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Process ticket requests from the Acquisitions team, ensuring timely and accurate data updates.
• Maintain and update contact databases, including routing inbound calls and managing lead records.
• Prepare weekly activity and performance reports.
• Validate, clean, and correct data to ensure CRM accuracy.
• Provide administrative and project support for marketing events, translations, and collateral.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, data management, or administrative support.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Ms Dynamics, Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
