Shift pattern: full shifts.
Post duration: Fixed term until August 2026.
Applications are invited for Clinical Fellow positions based at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, Paisley. These posts provide an opportunity to develop both general medical and specialty skills and are ideal for someone anticipating a career as a physician. We have specialty services in Cardiology, Diabetes & Endocrine, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Respiratory and Acute Medicine, and we will align successful applicants with a specialty of interest where possible.
To practice medicine in the UK you must hold both GMC registration and a licence to practice.

Applicants who have not undertaken a UK foundation programme within 3.5 years of the advertised post start date, will be asked to submit a Certificate of Readiness to Enter Specialty Training (CREST). The CREST form must be completed by a consultant who has worked with you for a minimum continuous period of three months whole‑time equivalent wholly within the 3.5 years prior to the advertised post start date.
