As a Pengawas Lapangan MEP
, you will be responsible for monitoring and supervising all MEP activities on‑site, ensuring that the project adheres to design, quality, and safety standards, and managing efficient collaboration between teams.

• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields from a reputable institution.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience in supervising MEP systems in construction or development projects.
• Showcase a deep understanding of MEP design, construction processes, and relevant regulations, including safety standards and environmental considerations.
• Proficiency in MEP design tools such as AutoCAD; familiarity with tools for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations on‑site.

• Supervise MEP installations on‑site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors and project managers to address challenges and ensure the timely completion of MEP works.
• Oversee quality control and ensure that all MEP systems are installed and tested according to industry standards and company policies.
• Review project documents and provide insights on potential improvements or modifications to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the systems.
• Foster a positive and team‑oriented working environment, supporting colleagues and promoting efficient communication across all project teams.
