Job Description:

Manpower is seeking a qualified  Assistente Sociale  for a prominent socio-assistential facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support and counseling to individuals and families facing difficulties, including mental health issues, substance abuse, domestic violence, and emergency situations.
Assess client needs and develop personalized intervention plans.
Collaborate with other professionals and social services to coordinate support.
Conduct interviews and social assessments.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
Maintain client confidentiality.
Requirements:
Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualifications.
Registration with the social workers' register, to be presented during the interview.
Professional certification as a social worker, if required by the location.
Knowledge of local laws and resources related to social services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Empathy and active listening skills.
Team player with collaborative abilities.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Contract:

Offering a fixed-term contract with the possibility of long-term extensions.
