The Bergaila Companies is seeking experienced Millwrights for a long-term contract in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. These professionals will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing critical industrial equipment in a demanding power-generation environment. Ideal candidates are mechanically skilled, safety-focused, and ready to work a 14/14 rotation in challenging conditions.

What You'll Need

• At least 5 years of experience as a millwright
• Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity with tools and equipment
• Ability to read and understand safety and work procedures, blueprints, P&IDs, work permits, and technical manuals
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Ability to prioritize and respond to multiple tasks in potentially stressful or hazardous conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, manually transport loads up to 75 pounds, and apply up to 100 foot-pounds of torque
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors, at various heights, and in temperature extremes while wearing required safety and protective equipment

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience with gas turbines, centrifugal compressors, pumps, power generation, equipment alignment, and welding
