3rd Shift Machine Operator - $22.17/hr | Warehouse Production

Location:

Parma, OH 44130 Pay: $22.17 per hour

Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday nights | 11:00 PM-7:30 AM Now Hiring - Overnight Warehouse Machine Operators!

• Operate and assist with high-speed mail inserter machines.
• Load paper, envelopes, and other production materials.
• Monitor equipment and clear machine jams.
• Unload, organize, and tray completed mail pieces.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Assist with basic machine setup and troubleshooting.
• Maintain production speed while meeting quality standards.
• Keep workstations clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow production instructions and safety procedures.
• Remain focused and productive throughout the shift.

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of related experience preferred.
• Machine operator, production, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Ability to repeatedly bend, twist, reach, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and work ethic.
• Stable employment history and reliable job attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain production expectations.
