20/20 Custom Molded Plastics LLC is seeking an entry-level Press Operator (Extrusion Technician
B) to run extrusion lines, monitor quality, and maintain safe, cost-efficient production. The role supports shift schedules across 8- or 12-hour rotations, with potential overtime.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic math and mechanical aptitude, and good communication skills; experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required.
