- Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in painting and powder coating of precision sheet metal fabrications.
- 1st shift, 7am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday.
- Up to $25.00 per hour based on experience and skill level.
- Paints or powder coat surfaces of manufactured metal products with wet paint or powder using spray gun.
- Sets up an industrial washer for cleaning parts.
- Masks parts as necessary per drawing.
- Loads parts on conveyor.
- Mixes coating, liquid to desired color, or pours powder into hopper.
- Sets the oven to specified temperature to properly bake paint or powder.
- Checks parts after baking to ensure correct paint thickness using mil thickness gage.
- Removes parts from conveyors and demasks as required.
- Ability to lift, up to 50 pounds. Mobility requirements: standing, walking, reaching, and bending.
