I am reaching out about a direct-hire, full-time, Machine Operator position with The LGES – HONDA
Joint Venture, located in Jeffersonville, Ohio. We develop and manufacture large lithium-ion polymer
batteries and packs of the highest quality for electric vehicle (EV) and energy storage applications.
Shift options:- 1st:
Fixed Pitman schedule 6am-6pm - 3rd:
Fixed Pitman schedule 6pm-6am
- A starting pay of $22.71/hr. + $2.00/hr. shift differential for 3rd shift.
- 1.5x pay for hours over 40
- Uniform stipend of $250 per year
- Safety shoe reimbursement
- Full benefits beginning the 1st of the month post-hire!
- 401(k) with up to 4% total company match, vested on day 1!
- Paid time off, holidays, jury duty, and bereavement time offered.
- Pay increase every 6 months for 36 months
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to speak/understand English
- 2 Years of forklift experience
