NOW HIRING MACHINE OPERATORS / PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES
- Location:
Wooster, OH - Pay: $22.55/hour
- Shift Differential: +$0.50/hour for 3rd Shift
- Training:
Will be done on 1st shift and then will transfer to the designated shift. - Shifts Available: 2nd & 3rd Shift
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Monday Friday
- Overtime available as needed
Mancan is currently seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join a growing manufacturing team as Machine Operators /Battery Assemblers in Wooster, OH. Candidates will be responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery while supporting battery assembly operations and ensuring quality production standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate manufacturing machinery according to work orders and specifications
- Perform tooling changes and machine adjustments as needed
- Monitor machine performance and production output throughout runs
- Conduct quality inspections and identify defects or inconsistencies
- Remove and document defective materials properly
- Assist maintenance with inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to lift medium to heavy materials as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- 1+ year of machine operation or manufacturing experience
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Familiarity with production or assembly environments
- Torque guns
- Allen wrenches

- Resistance probes
