Build Manufacturing is hiring CNC Setup/Operators in Avon, Ohio. You will set up 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC mills or lathes, run production and non-production jobs, and support quality and process standards on the shop floor. This role offers two shifts, with strong attention to blueprints and precision.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years CNC experience and at least 1 year of setup work, plus ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. fluency in English is required.
