The Ismagilov Lab at Caltech is hiring a full-time Sequencing and AI Research Scientist for a 1-year term. The role supports a DARPA BTO project and requires integrating wet-lab and dry-lab approaches, including modeling and sequencing experiments.
You will design experiments, develop models and algorithms in Python, analyze sequencing data, contribute to publications, and collaborate with other research groups while maintaining a detailed electronic lab notebook.
