Manage the paint shop, apply coatings, and coordinate with production to ensure texture, finish quality, and compliance with defense industry requirements.
Requires 5+ years in industrial painting, strong surface prep skills, film thickness testing, spray booth operation, and prior supervisory experience in an ITAR-regulated environment.
