Qualification:

Strong knowledge of IT hardware and networking
Ability to troubleshoot and support lab systems and equipment
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage daily operations within the lab
Ensure all systems and hardware are functioning properly
Provide technical assistance and support to lab users
Communication & Presentation:
Should have good communication and presentation skills
Capable of explaining technical issues clearly to non-technical users
