Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week), Hybrid (On-site 2 days/week)
Pay Rate: £40.66/Hr. + Holiday Pay (up to £46.39

Hr.)

Contract:

3 - 6 months rolling, possibility of extension up-to 1 year.

If you have experience leading Information Governance within the NHS or have worked on large-scale EPR implementations, you would be an ideal fit for this role.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced EPR Information Governance Lead to oversee data protection and IG activities for the new EPR system implementation. You will work with the Trust’s Data Protection Officers to ensure compliance with GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and NHS standards.

Key Requirements:

* Extensive IG experience within the NHS

* Proven track record in EPR implementation and data protection

* Strong knowledge of GDPR, Data Protection Act, and NHS standards

* Experience with EPR systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic, RiO)

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead IG activities across the EPR Programme lifecycle

* Develop and maintain IG artefacts (DPIAs, Data Sharing Agreements, Privacy Notices)

* Manage IG incidents and provide compliance reporting
