Job Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor degree (S1) in any major
- Have experience as CS in banking for at least 2 years
- Able to work in a team and individually
- Have good communication skills and like the service sector
- Able to work under pressure
- Providing information to customers & non-customers regarding bank products and services
- Providing services to customers related to opening savings, cash deposits, customer transfers, savings accounts, etc
- Carry out customer due diligence (identification and verification of customer data) in the context of implementing KYC
- Handle and deal with customer-related complaints
- Carrying out cross selling banking products
