• Demonstrate products' features
• Carry out order intake
• Provide customer service to clients and potential clients
• Process orders and follow up with buyers
• Prepare sales checks
• Ensure stock storage safety

• At least Senior High School/Diploma/Bachelor's degree from reputable universities
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a store crew in a sales environment, preferably within the retail industry
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for positions such as Store Associate, Cashier, or daily worker
• Willingness to commit for a long-term career in retail company
• Strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques
• Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures
• Ability to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Capability to perform a variety of tasks and lead and direct the work of others
• Expectations of a wide degree of creativity and latitude
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
