Accounts Payable Specialist – Winter Garden, FL

Full-Time Rita Staffing is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for an established company in Winter Garden, Florida. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing accounts payable responsibilities in a busy office environment.
- Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and timely.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with general ledger entries and month-end closing.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries.
- Previous accounts payable experience required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
This is an on-site position in Winter Garden, Florida.
