Estimating Coordinator

Headquartered in Clearwater, Florida, Park & Eleazer Construction is an exciting and rapidly growing company specializing in Commercial Construction with a High End Residential/Multifamily Division.

What you will be doing:

• Support the Estimating Department in procuring bids
• Call Subcontractors to solicit bids
• Distribute Invitations to Bid
• Build relationships with new subcontractors
• Assist Lead Estimator on bid day
• Some Data Entry
• Attend Pre-Bid and Pre-Construction Meetings

What is preferred for this position:

• Candidate who enjoys being on the phone and talking with subcontractors
