JOB DESCRIPTION /ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* APLICANT MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE BUILDING GROUD UP RESIDENTIAL CONSTUCTION (IDEALLY FOR A GC, BUILDER, OR DEVELOPER)
- Maintain of schedule for all aspect of construction
- Hold pre-construction meetings with subcontractors
- Walk projects under construction to ensure quality of construction, progress of construction and readiness for next trade
- Ensure cleanliness on job sites
- Approve invoices for completed work in place to forward to Purchasing Department
- Solicit proposals for subcontractor’s non-contract work that may be required for Purchasing review
- Quality control of all aspects of construction
- OSHA compliance on job sites.
- Customer relations and new home orientations
- Supervise laborers and Assistant Construction Managers
- Schedule inspections with municipalities
- Ensure readiness for inspections and meet with applicable municipal inspectors during inspection process.
