Deme Construction in Sarasota, FL is seeking an Asphalt Worker to join our road crew. This is a physically demanding outdoor role requiring endurance, safety focus, and the ability to work with paving machinery in Florida weather.
You will prepare, lay, and finish asphalt for roads, driveways, and parking lots; travel across the Florida Gulf Coast as needed; must have at least 1 year of asphalt experience and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. We value reliability and teamwork.
