All Clearisagrowingundergroundinfrastructurecompanyprovidingstormwaterandwastewaterservicesthroughoutthe Southeast .Ourservicesincludeopen-cutconstruction,Cured-In-Place Pipe(CIPP) lining,CCTVinspectionandcleaning,manholerehabilitation,andtrenchlesspiperepair.

Wehelpmunicipalandprivateutilityclientsextendthelifeofundergroundinfrastructurewhileminimizingdisruptiontosurroundingcommunities.

OpenCut,CIPP,andCCTVservicelinesandpromotesafeworkpracticesacrossourfieldoperations.

The Field Safety Officerhelpsdevelop ,implement,andmonitorsafetyprogramsthatprotectemployeesandsupportcompliancewithcompanypoliciesandapplicableregulations.

Thishands-onroleconductsjobsiteinspections,providesreal-time coaching,leadssafetytraining,assistswithincidentinvestigations,andmaintainsaccuratesafetyrecords.

The Field Safety Officerworkscloselywithprojectmanagers ,superintendents,andfieldcrewstoidentifyhazards,address concerns,andintegratesafetyintodailyoperations.

Thispositionisbasedin Pinellas Park ,Florida,andrequirestravelthroughout

Florida,Georgia,and Tennesseeasneeded.

Jobsite Safetyand Compliance

• Conductroutinesafetyinspectionsandauditsatopen-cutconstruction,CIPPrehabilitation,andCCTVinspectionandcleaningjobsites.
• Identifyunsafeconditionsandworkpractices,recommendcorrectiveactions,andfollowuptoconfirmissuesareaddressed.
• Provide real-timecoachingtofieldemployeesandsupervisorstoreinforcesafeworkpractices.
• Assistindeveloping,implementing,andmonitoringsafetyprogramsandpoliciesthatsupportcompliancewithapplicablefederal,state,andlocalrequirements.
• Reviewprojectplans,contractrequirements,andcompanysafetyprocedurestosupportsafeprojectexecution.
• Serveasapointofcontactforfieldsafetyquestionsandconcerns.
• Workwithprojectmanagers,superintendents,andoperationsteamstoincorporatesafetyintodailyplanningandfieldactivities.

Training and Employee Support

• Conductnewhiresafetyorientationforfieldpersonnel.
• Provideongoingsafetytrainingontopicssuchaspersonalprotectiveequipment,hazard communication,fall protection,andemergencyresponse.
• Communicatesafetyexpectationsclearlyandhelpemployeesunderstandjobsitehazardsandrequiredprecautions.
• Trackemployeesafetycertificationsandcoordinatetimelyrecertification.
• Promoteemployeeparticipationinidentifyinghazardsandimprovingjobsitesafety.

Incident Investigation sand Documentation

• Assistwithincidentinvestigations,rootcauseanalysis,andpreparationofreportsandcorrectiveactions.
• Maintainaccuratesafetyrecords,safetydatasheets(SDS),inspectionchecklists,andtrainingdocumentation.
• Entersafetyobservations,inspections,training records,project information,andincidentreportsintoEHSInsight.
• Maintainaccuratedatatomonitorsafetyandhealthperformance.
• Maintain OSHA

• Communicatesafetyfindings,recurringconcerns,and corrective-actionprogresstothe

Required

• Bachelor’sdegreeinoccupationalsafetyandhealthorarelatedfield,orequivalentexperience.
• ExperienceapplyingOSHAregulationsandsupportingsafetycomplianceinfieldoperations.
• Knowledgeofprojectplans,contractrequirements,andsafetypolicies.
• Strong leadership,communication,and employee-coaching skills.
• Effective problem-solvinganddecision-making abilities.
• Abilitytoremaineffectiveunderpressureandworkwithemployeesandsupervisorstoresolvesafetyconcerns.
• Strongorganizationalskillsandattentiontoaccuratedocumentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office ,including
  
  Outlook,PowerPoint,and Excel.
