A leading construction firm is looking for an experienced Healthcare Construction Superintendent to lead complex, high-value projects across the Southeast. • Leading healthcare construction projects ranging from $20M to $60M+
• Running the field day-to-day: scheduling, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination
• Delivering work in live, occupied spaces where precision and communication are everything
• Partnering closely with project managers, owners, and design teams to keep projects on time and on budget

• 10+ years as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• A strong healthcare background — VA facilities, rehab centres, and occupied-space work
• Deep understanding of infection control, phasing, and life-safety requirements in active healthcare settings
• The flexibility to travel across GA, SC & NC as projects require
