The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and possess a foundational understanding of investments and financial accounts.

This role is perfectly suited for a candidate focused on long-term career growth within a back-office support function.

Responsibilities

• Applying basic programming knowledge to create efficient and scalable data workflow solutions.
• Assisting with the migration of data and investment accounts between technology platforms.
• Supporting daily operations, including trade reconciliation, performance reporting, and data management.
• Collaborating with the technology team to troubleshoot system issues and ensure accurate client and firm reporting.
• Utilizing advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, reconciliation, and creating reports.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong computer skills and technical acumen, with a focus on automation and system integration.
• Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
• Demonstrated knowledge of Investments (e.g., security types, account structures, performance calculation).
• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Accounting, B.A., or Computer Science (with an interest in investments).
• A background in financial services operations or a related field is a plus.
