As our Senior Business Intelligence & Financial Analyst, you'll work directly with our CFO to turn financial and operational data into meaningful insights, better processes, and smarter business decisions.

With a new data architecture in place, you'll have the opportunity to help shape how we use business intelligence, AI, and automation across the organization. We're looking for someone who's technically sharp, understands the business behind the data, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards, data models, and reporting tools that support financial and operational decisions.
• Analyze complex data using SQL, AWS, Redshift, and other cloud-based technologies to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with the CFO and operational teams to improve budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Identify and implement AI and automation solutions that streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate data sources, troubleshoot issues, and improve reporting capabilities.
• Validate data accuracy and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with relational databases, SQL, and data analytics.
• 3-5 years demonstrable proficiency with AWS, Redshift, and cloud-based data environments.
• Experience developing BI dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical solutions.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve workflows and business outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A curious, creative, and collaborative mindset with an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Snowflake, Omni Analytics, Datarails, Sage Intacct, or similar platforms, particularly in environments that combine financial and operational data.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with relational databases, data analytics, and business intelligence tools.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including querying, analyzing, and validating complex datasets.
• Demonstrated experience with AWS, Amazon Redshift, and cloud-based data environments.
• Experience developing and maintaining dashboards, data models, and automated reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to identify data inconsistencies, troubleshoot reporting issues, and ensure data accuracy.
• Practical experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve analytical workflows, reporting, or business processes.
• Ability to translate complex technical and financial information into actionable insights for executive leadership.
