Flex Security Officer

Availability to cover open shifts at BOTH sites in Cocoa & Melbourne (easy access off Rt. 95)
Availability to work both weekdays and weekends
Availability to work diverse shifts at short notice that may include
6p - 11p or 11p - 7a MON - SAT
7a - 7p or 7p - 7a SUN
Flex officers are utilized to fill in for on-call, urgent, and temporary staffing needs, such as covering call-offs, vacations, or short-notice assignments.

*** Please Note - As an applicant for this position, you need the following:

Ability to work any shift on any day

Ability to work weekends/holidays

Ability to provide coverage for scheduled vacation time

Ability to provide coverage to a variety of sites

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Security experience

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct mobile patrols via foot patrol or motor vehicle
• Serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
• Provide superior customer care and empathy to all individuals
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
• Respond to security incidents and suspicious activities

What You Need:

• Current Security License
• Clean driving record and Driver's License
• Attention to detail and superior integrity
• Effective communication skills
• Passion for creating a safe environment
• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience
