Onsite Staff - Access Control Full Time Summerfield, FL, US

Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Hourly

Job Summary:

Artemis Lifestyles is seeking an energetic Property Rover to ensure the security, functionality, and appearance of our managed properties. As a Property Rover, you will play an essential role in maintaining our communities, assisting with maintenance tasks, and providing after-hours support. Schedule: 2nd and 3rd shift available

• Provide documentation of shift activities.
• Conduct regular community patrols and security checks of all community facilities and common areas per policy.
• Report and document any unusual occurrences per policy.
• Travel throughout the community in a safe manner.
• Assist EMS, MCSD, MCFD, and CERT as needed.
• Perform outdoor amenity lock downs when weather conditions dictate
• Monitor parking to ensure compliance with policy
• Perform safety/security checks on all community buildings per established policy.
• Assist homeowners with the installation of bar code stickers.
• Verify vehicle guest passes for length of stay.
• Follow emergency procedures and protocols developed by management
• Other Duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent required.

1 year of customer service or security experience.

FL Security License Preferred.

Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsof time.

• Ability to navigate community properties, including climbing stairs and inspecting elevated areas.
