Secur0d Solutions is seeking a seasoned Security Manager to oversee, coordinate, and enhance all security operations at a designated site or group of client locations. This leadership role involves managing personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving performance, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all security operations, including scheduling, supervision, and compliance
- Develop and implement security strategies, post orders, and emergency response plans
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of security staff
- Ensure all officers maintain valid Florida Class D and Class G licenses (if armed)
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to security protocols
- Monitor incident reporting and conduct investigations as needed
- Serve as the main liaison between Secur0d Solutions, the client, and public safety agencies
- Prepare operational reports, incident summaries, and staff evaluations
- Coordinate with upper management to align security operations with business goals
- Maintain readiness for emergencies and high-risk scenarios
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Florida Class G License preferred (required for armed sites)
- 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in security, law enforcement, or military
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in report writing, scheduling, and use of security management software
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred)
- Clean background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call availability
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Knowledge of security technology (access control, surveillance, alarm systems)
- Experience managing large teams or multi-site operations
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- College education
