We’re working with a well-backed, fast-growing company with a footprint expanding rapidly and a laser-focus on customer acquisition; this role offers the chance to own a region, drive direct results, and shape the growth engine from the ground up.

The Marketing Manager will plan and deliver location‑specific marketing campaigns that directly generate leads and fuel sales performance. It’s a role for someone hands‑on, data‑literate and commercially switched‑on.

• Own a region and deliver commercial marketing campaigns that drive measurable sales results
• Activate local events, community groups and partnerships to generate leads
• Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns with a clear ROI focus
• Work cross‑functionally with sales, channel, and commercial teams
• Monitor KPIs and report performance back to senior leadership

• A proven track record in commercial or growth marketing
• Real‑world experience activating local events and Facebook communities
• Strong multichannel campaign planning skills (on and offline)
• The ability to track, analyse and act on campaign performance data
• Excellent relationship management with internal and external stakeholders

• Autonomy to own a region and see your campaigns in action
• Hybrid working with flexibility around field travel
