As a Counter Person, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of Miles-To-Go.

• Customer Service:
  Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner, answering their questions, and providing product recommendations.
• Food Preparation:
  Prepare and slice deli meats, cheeses, and other items according to customer requests and quality standards.
• Sanitation:
  Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment by following food safety guidelines, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing work areas regularly.
• Product Display:
  Arrange and display Miles-To-Go products attractively, ensuring freshness and visibility.
• Inventory Management:
  Monitor and replenish stock as needed and assist with inventory control to minimize waste.
• Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in Food Preparation:
  Assist in the preparation of deli salads, sandwiches, and other items as requested.
• You may be asked to perform other duties within the scope of your role.

• Previous experience in a deli or food service setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and ability to work well in a team environment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend continuously for extended periods.
• Lift and carry heavy items (up to 40lbs) as necessary.
• Work in refrigerated environments.

Operating

Hours:

Miles-To-Go operates Monday to Saturday from 7am - 7:30pm;
Sundays from 8:30am - 5:30pm.
