Client Care Advisor (Veterinary Receptionist)

Location: Pets 'n' Vets, Roundhouse Veterinary Hospital

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are currently seeking a new Receptionist to join our fantastic team! We would love to hear from candidates who are friendly, customer-focused and confident working in a busy environment. The position will best suit a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Must be flexible to support all of our Veterinary Practices as required.

• Welcoming and registering new customers.
• Booking in customers and ensuring they receive gold standard care.
• Answering the telephone and dealing with a range of customer queries.
• Managing customer expectations regarding wait time.
• Administration duties such as scanning paperwork, filling in forms, etc.
• Taking payments.
• Promoting offers and services.

• Confidence using the telephone.
• Reception or Client Care experience.
• Cash handling and till operation.
• Previous experience of working in a veterinary or doctors surgery (desirable).
• IT skills – confident in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook as a minimum.
