With multiple industry awards and international recognition for their innovative technology, they are now entering an exciting phase of growth. As part of their expanding in-house design team, you will play a key role in machinery development for their South Wales facility, as well as supporting future overseas production projects. In this role, you will be part of a close-knit engineering team responsible for the design, development, and optimisation of cutting-edge automated manufacturing systems.

You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, from initial specification and concept design through to detailed development, procurement, build, installation, and commissioning support. You will ensure production equipment meets reliability, quality, and machinery safety compliance standards. The company primarily use Solid Works , so experience with this or a similar 3D CAD package is advantageous. You will also receive continued support and training to further your technical skills and career progression.

* Background in complex mechanical design
