As a Test & Approvals Engineer
, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electronic control systems meet the highest standards of safety, durability, and regulatory compliance. You will:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure compliance with EN280 and ISO 13849
  .
• Perform a range of environmental and regulatory tests
  , including IP67
  , EMC
  , FCC
  , and CE marking
  .
• Document the full validation and approvals life cycle to meet both project and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement and technical excellence.

As their Test & Approvals engineer you will ideally have experience in test and compliance engineering within industrial, mobile, or heavy‑equipment sectors or relatable.

• Strong working knowledge of EN280
  , ISO 13849
  , and functional safety principles.
• Hands‑on experience conducting IP rating tests
  , EMC compliance
  , and managing FCC approvals
  .
• Ability to interpret detailed technical drawings and specifications
  .
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills
  .

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Functional Safety certification (eg, TÜV) - highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001
  , FMEA, and risk assessment methodologies.
