About the Role

TIGON Golf Carts is hiring a Product Lister and Marketplace Sales Representative to create, manage, and update vehicle listings across online marketplaces such as Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Nextdoor, and other digital platforms.

This is a top-of-the-funnel marketing and sales position. Your listings and conversations will often be a customer’s first interaction with TIGON Golf Carts. You will generate leads, answer direct messages, schedule test drives, explain financing options, collect approved payments, and coordinate vehicle pickups and drop-offs.

You will be provided with five Android mobile phones connected through one unified interface, allowing you to manage messages and marketplace activity efficiently from one central system.

The ideal candidate is comfortable using Android phones, computers, social media, online marketplaces, and messaging platforms. Previous marketplace experience is preferred, but we will train a motivated and tech-savvy candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish vehicle listings on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Nextdoor, and other approved platforms
• Write accurate and engaging vehicle titles, descriptions, features, and sales content
• Upload vehicle photos, videos, prices, specifications, and availability
• Update marketplace listings every week and, when needed, every day
• Refresh, renew, edit, and repost listings to maintain visibility
• Add new vehicles and remove sold or unavailable inventory
• Confirm that prices, vehicle information, photos, and availability are accurate
• Manage five company-provided Android phones through one unified interface
• Monitor and answer incoming marketplace messages
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer questions
• Make outbound follow-up calls or messages when needed
• Identify serious buyers and move qualified leads through the sales process
• Collect customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, and vehicle preferences
• Explain available vehicles, features, pricing, promotions, and purchasing options
• Schedule dealership appointments and vehicle test drives
• Help customers begin vehicle financing applications
• Assist customers with approved payment steps
• Schedule vehicle pickups, deliveries, and drop-offs
• Coordinate appointments and customer requests with sales, financing, service, and delivery teams
• Follow up with customers who have not completed a purchase
• Maintain accurate records of messages, leads, appointments, and sales activity
• Follow TIGON branding, pricing, advertising, and communication standards
• Comply with marketplace rules and company policies

Top-of-the-Funnel Sales Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for attracting potential buyers and creating qualified opportunities for the TIGON Golf Carts sales team.
• Daily activities include:
• Creating listings that generate customer interest
• Responding to new inquiries
• Qualifying potential buyers
• Identifying the customer’s vehicle needs and budget
• Encouraging customers to schedule test drives
• Introducing available financing options
• Moving qualified leads into the sales process
• Following up until the customer purchases or declines
• Tracking which listings, platforms, and messages generate the best results

Qualifications and Requirements

• Comfortable using Android mobile phones
• Strong understanding of mobile phone applications and interfaces
• Ability to manage multiple devices through one unified system
• Comfortable using computers and browser-based software
• Basic typing, spelling, reading, and data-entry skills
