What are we looking for:
* High level customer service skills
* Motor Trade experience desirable
* IT literacy
* Brilliant levels of communication written and verbal
* Motor trade experience an advantage
* Enthusiastic, team player, flexible What will you be doing:
* Dealing with customer queries
* Manage Service/MOT bookings
* Liaising with the workshop/customers on the status of vehicles
