Starbucks Assistant Manager (fixed-term) – Center Parcs UK & Ireland

Salary:
Circa £33,600 per annum.

Contract:

Fixed‑term until 30th September 2026.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide coaching and guidance to your team, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial targets are achieved.
• Support the back‑of‑house operation and work in various service units with differing styles and volumes.

Working straight shifts; contracted to work 160 hours per 4‑week period on a flexible basis. Days and hours may vary each week but minimum hours are guaranteed. The village is open 365 days, including public/bank holidays and Christmas/New Year on a rota basis.

• Essential: Ability to lead a team in a busy, fast‑paced environment; computer literacy and analytical skills; previous supervisory experience at a similar level; excellent communication; excellent organisational skills under pressure.
• Desirable: Management experience in a large high‑volume venue; knowledge of financial targets and controls.
