Candidates who do not currently hold a valid FLT licence are still encouraged to apply, as full training can be provided.

As of August 2025, JELD-WEN Penrith continues to offer competitive rates of pay, with rates adjusted to reflect current standards:

• Early Shift (6am–2pm): £13.23/hour
• Late Shift (2pm–10pm): £14.02/hour
• Night Shift (10pm–6am): £15.28/hour

• Great Pay:
  Start from £13.26/hour, with shift premiums and enhanced overtime rates

  Enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday schedule with a rotating 3-shift pattern (6-2, 2-10, 10-6).

• Operating forklifts in a busy manufacturing environment
• Handling stock bookings, rotations and general warehouse duties
• Supplying production lines with materials and loading/unloading wagons.

• Commitment to workplace safety

• Reliability and quality consciousness
• Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic English communication skills.
