As of August 2025, JELD-WEN Penrith continues to offer competitive rates of pay, with rates adjusted to reflect current standards:

• Early Shift (6am–2pm): £13.23/hour
• Late Shift (2pm–10pm): £14.02/hour
• Night Shift (10pm–6am): £15.28/hour

Your role:

• Assembly tasks according to specifications and quality standards
• Operate machinery to produce high-end doors and maintain smooth production flow
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure excellence in every product
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to health & safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
• Provide timely and proactive support
