Restaurant Runner provides restaurant-quality fresh food for guests to have delivered to their accommodation during their stay. We’re looking for a highly motivated Takeaway Assistant / Driver to join us, develop the team and drive the business forward.

Role Overview

Your main duties will include delivering delicious food to our guests in their lodges and maintaining a clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver food to guests’ lodges efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with guests.
  • Work as part of a team to meet and exceed guest expectations.
Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • Full driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Naturally cheerful and friendly.
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in food delivery or restaurant takeaway services.
Working Hours & Contracts

Flexible contract options:

  • 96 hours per 4‑week period.
  • 150 hours per 4‑week period.

Shifts fall between 1:30 pm and 10:30 pm, including weekends. Your hours and days may vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Working days will include public/bank holidays and Christmas/New Year on a rota basis.
