A range of quality own‑brand and high‑street restaurants and cafés, mixed with great food, family‑friendly menus, and a generous sprinkling of excellent service. That’s the recipe for success in our Food and Beverage department.

At each village, the Food & Beverage department employs around 350 team members across nine restaurants, cafés, and bars, plus a production kitchen and five concessionary units such as Bella Italia and Café Rouge.

Pay
: £12.37 per hour plus tips. All colleagues in the specified venues receive a discretionary service charge added to bills.

Day‑to‑day duties include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, bar service, serving food and drinks, handling payments, and maintaining a clean working environment.

Some roles may require you to be over the age of 18; this will be discussed at interview.

Any experience in a customer‑facing role is ideal but not essential – we provide all training. We are looking for candidates who bring the following qualities:

• Good communication skills – patient and friendly nature
• Passion for providing great customer service
• Enjoy working as part of a team

Working straight shifts, we offer a variety of hours per 4‑week period on a flexible basis. Your days and hours may vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.

The village operates 365 days a year, so your schedule will include public/bank holidays and rota coverage for Christmas and New Year.
