Business Manager – Drive Growth Across Cumbria, Lancashire & South West Scotland

Now we need a bold, hungry Business Manager to own our growth in Cumbria, Lancashire and South West Scotland.
This is not a desk job. This is a hunt.
You’ll spend the majority of your time out in your territory, winning new customers, maximising existing ones, and turning every conversation into profitable growth. If the thrill of new business, the buzz of closing deals, and the satisfaction of hitting (and beating) targets gets you fired up – you’ll love it here.
What you’ll do every day- Hunt and win new business across your region
- Deepen relationships with existing customers to protect and grow revenue
- Partner with our Category Specialists to bring innovative, tailored food solutions to life
- Use our in-house technology and product range to solve customer challenges creatively
- Deliver exceptional service while hitting sales, profit, and growth targets
- Think on your feet – because things don’t always go to plan
- Proven field sales/new business development experience (food service or related B2B is a big advantage)
- Commercial sharpness – you spot opportunities others miss
- High energy, resilience, and genuine hunger to win
- First-class communication: you adapt your style to builders’ merchants one minute and fine-dining chefs the next
- Full UK driving license and happy to be on the road most days
