Berry Recruitment are recruiting for a Temporary Warehouse Operative (Holiday Cover) in Penrith.

Schedule:

Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM

Contract:

Temporary (holiday cover) - potential temp-to-perm for the right candidate

Role Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to provide short-term cover during holiday periods. You will join a small, supportive team and play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Picking goods accurately and efficiently

Operating MHE (LLOPs) to move stock

De-picking items onto cages

Assisting with vehicle loading

Wrapping and securing cages for dispatch

Supporting team members to meet shift targets

What We're Looking For

Experience in warehouse operations and use of MHE (LLOPs preferred)

Ability to work effectively in a small team environment

Reliability and flexibility to cover short-term holiday absences
