Block Manager

Overview

BLOCK MANAGER – PENRYN – £34K + COMMISSION at One Property Recruitment. Block Manager role managing a portfolio in Penryn with a growing pipeline of developments. This is a progressive opportunity within a supportive team.

• Collect and manage service charges and ground rent
• Prepare annual service charge budgets and monitor expenditure
• Organise and oversee maintenance and repairs in communal areas
• Manage a portfolio of 30 blocks in the local area
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and fire regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections and, if required, issue Section 20 notices

• £28,000 – £34,000 salary DOE
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00
• Industry qualification sponsor ships

• 2+ years minimum property management experience (required)
• Comfortable in a small team and able to take initiative
• Strong administrative and organisational skills – hands-on and proactive
• Strong organisational and customer service skills
• Driving licence not required
