Registered Nurse (Days or Nights)
Salary: £45,300 – £52,000 per year + enhancements

Requirements

* Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC PIN

* Previous experience in a care home or clinical setting

* Strong leadership, communication and team working skills

* Confident in administering medication and developing care plans

* Committed to delivering evidence-based, person-centred care

* Comfortable using digital systems (training provided)

* Flexible to work days or nights

* Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

* Lead and coordinate the delivery of high-quality nursing care

* Support the Clinical Lead and Registered Manager in daily operations

* Administer and record medications safely using EMAR systems

* Oversee care planning and clinical documentation

* Mentor and support junior staff to achieve high standards

* Respond effectively to emergencies and changing resident needs

* Promote a positive, safe and inclusive environment for all

* Engage with residents, families and external professionals
