What is the role?

We’re looking for an Administrator to join the Office Administration Team on a fixed‑term contract of 9 months. The role reports to the Office Manager and requires a proactive, highly organised admin assistant capable of handling a fast‑paced workload across multiple departments.

What You'll Do
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Assist with secretarial duties, including word processing and using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Manage the diary for meeting rooms and coordinate refreshments.
  • Support the Technical team in drawing issue completion.
  • Create sustainability certificates for plots.
  • Support the Sales team in issuing Reservation Packs to clients following reservation.
  • Process Finishing Touches (flooring & kitchens) for the Sales & Commercial team.
  • Ensure PPE supplies are stocked and reorder as necessary.
  • Order stationery supplies for individual sites.
  • Archive documents from closed sites.
  • All employees must ensure their practice adheres to legislation and the Fairness at Work policy.
What Experience Do I Need?
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience within an office environment.
  • Computer literacy with experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Well‑organised, self‑motivated with high attention to detail.
